CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator

Salary: £14 - £18/hr

Location: Hainault, Essex

The Role:

My client requires a skilled and experienced CNC Lathe and VMC Programmer/Setter/Operator. The successful applicant will be working alongside a highly skilled CNC machinist in a progressive and forward-thinking precision engineering specialist company. Machines currently used are:

• Colchester Tornado x2
• Dugard 100 Y+DD VMC Fanuc 0iMF Control, Nikken 5 axis
• Fusion 360 design package

Duties:

• CNC Lathe and VMC Programmer/Setter/Operator
• Deburr and inspect own work
• Machining to tight tolerances of varying complexities

Skills and Experience required:

• Programme Set and Operate CNC Mills / Machining Centres
• Must be competent using Fanuc and Siemens controls
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Able to machine to fine tolerances
• Experience working with a variety of materials (mainly metals)

Hours:

• 40hours per week
• 8:00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday
