Job Title: Senior Business Change Manager
Contracting Authority: HMCTS (MOJ HMCTS)
Rate: £500MAX
Location: 102 Petty France / Aldgate 
Duration: ASAP - end of March 
IR35: out of scope 
Security Clearance: BPSS (HMG Baseline Personnel Security Standard)

Your role will involve:
Deliver the Business Change approach for the Reform Programme including the key services provided by Business Change at a Programme and Project level (including change, training and communication activity)

• Provide strategic Business Change input into the Reform Programme, including accountability for the relevant elements of the Programme delivery roadmap, release planning and any transition strategies and / or roadmap
• Establish a clear workstream delivery plan to drive workstream activity, track activity and measure performance 
• Manage the business change workstream resource profile, including forward profiling, recruitment and on-boarding of resource as required in-line with the delivery roadmap, in coordination with the Programme Director and the Portfolio Change Lead
• Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with all Programme and Project stakeholders with a particular focus on the Programme Delivery Group and other programme workstream leads 
• Operate as the link between the Programme and those in the business affected by the change the Programme will bring 
• Support the Reform Programme Director, Reform Service Owners and key networks in the business in promoting the case for change to all HMCTS employees
• Demonstrate strong leadership behaviours in accordance with the organisations ethos as well as role modelling desired future behaviours and ways of working 
• Identify and manage business change workstream issues which may impact or be impacted by the Programme : raising these through the appropriate forums and formulating mitigation plans as standard 

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
• Proven leadership in delivering complex change in a large scale Programme environment
• Experience of designing and delivering change and training strategies and interventions with proven results 
• Experience of establishing change and / or business networks in order to deliver change to the business 
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, in order to engage with senior business and stakeholders, senior management teams and the public;
• Strong planning skills and an ability to deliver quickly and effectively to tight deadlines
