Role: Senior Reporting Specialist - SC
Location: London (2 days/week on site)
IR35: Inside
Rate: £350/day (Umbrella) MAX
Duration: 12 Months

The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the generation of reports using data provided externally and internally and develop supporting processes in line with other internal processes
• Manage stakeholder engagement ensuring their reporting and information needs are met by creating new reports and dashboards as agreed, meeting any ad-hoc information requests
• Review and quality check automated reports, identify any risks and issues and raise appropriately
• Conduct trend analysis on performance to proactively identify problems and areas for improvements to both behaviour and service, and ensure they are driven through to completion
Person Specification
Essential:
• Proactive in gathering, evaluating and analysing information and evidence from a range of sources to support strategic change - Changing & Improving
• Have an open-minded, scientific, sceptical approach to determining causes of failures and poor performance - Making Effective Decisions
• Ability to seamlessly integrate with existing 3rd-party supplier relationships Experience
• Communication skills – effective in gathering reporting requirement and communicating outcomes to technical and non-technical users.
• A high degree of familiarity and knowledge of MS Excel and the Office suite. This includes Power Bi (at least lower intermediate level) Technical
• A working knowledge of reporting functionality within ServiceNow, including basic knowledge of Performance Analytics module Technical
• Ability to ‘dot walk’ within ServiceNow native reporting environment, create dashboard and share them with users. Technical
• A high-level understanding of operational processes such as ITIL and modern digital support teams Experience
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and appreciation for iterative, continuous improvement Delivering at Pace
Desirable:
• Understanding of organisational change and business process change - Changing & Improving
• Insight into best practices around operational exercising and situational testing Experience
• Knowledge of the IT and technology market, particularly key suppliers Experience
