Job Title: Change Lead
Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite)
Contract Duration: 8 Months
Daily Rate: £ 700/day (Umbrella – Maximum)
IR35 Status: Inside IR35

Essential:
• Strong understanding of core financial processes and operating models.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with particular expertise in the finance function.
• Demonstrated knowledge of finance systems, ERP platforms, and associated business processes.
• Extensive experience leading and delivering complex business and organisational change initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong change leadership capabilities, including the ability to drive adoption and embed sustainable change.
• Significant experience delivering finance transformation and financial change programmes.
• Hands-on and delivery-focused approach, with a track record of personally driving outcomes and overcoming obstacles rather than relying solely on delegation.
• Experience working within a non-profit or not-for-profit organisation would be advantageous.
• Practical experience applying structured change management methodologies, particularly the ADKAR framework.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be an experienced Change Lead with a strong finance transformation background, capable of leading complex change initiatives across finance and ERP environments. They will combine strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach, ensuring successful delivery while effectively engaging stakeholders and driving adoption across the organisation.
